Application: Apply 'bond' to natural lashes like you would mascara(it will be tacky) Next pick up 1 cluster at a time and place on either the top of you lashes or from underneath (Seamless look) add as many clusters as you require to 'fill' your lash line. Next add the 'seal' to coat the lashes, again like you would mascara. This will 'set' the lashes in place and remove the 'Tacky-ness' Easy Peasy✔️  💜 . Full Instructions included.
